I am a 2013 graduate of Aquarian Age Alternatives in Carmel, Indiana, completing a 500 hour intensive massage training course. A sample of the modalities I learned were chair massage, reflexology, Swedish massage, Tai and Shiatsu, Repetitive Use Injury Therapy, trager massage, positional release therapy, and energy balancing.
In October 2012, I attended the Upledger Institute's seminar on CranioSacral Therapy. I attended Dr. Heather Koeppel's seminar on Color Light Therapy in August 2013. I participated in an AMTA sponsored seminar for Positional Release Therapy instructed by William Mitchell, LMT, in November 2014.
I studied iridology and was trained by Gary Lewis of The Herb Shop in Wabash in Spring 2014. I have since become a Nature's Sunshine distributor.
